All of our bullnose window boards are manufactured from premium kiln-dried hardwood. Kiln drying reduces the timber's moisture content before machining, helping improve stability and minimise movement after installation.
Please note that boards measuring 200mm wide and above are manufactured using carefully selected jointed sections of solid timber to achieve the required width whilst maintaining the strength, stability and premium appearance expected from genuine hardwood.
As timber is a natural material, every board will display its own individual grain pattern, colour variation and character. These natural characteristics ensure every finished installation is unique.
