Step 1 – Measure the Window Recess

Measure the width and depth of the internal window opening carefully. Allow for the required projection beyond the finished wall line together with any desired overhang at each end of the board.

Step 2 – Mark and Cut the Board

Transfer the measurements onto the Sapele window board and mark the cutting lines clearly. Use a sharp fine-tooth saw to achieve clean cuts and support the board securely during cutting.
