Putti
Putti™ (292)
This muted grey-green paint colour stems from historical origins, preserved by the National Trust. The baroque mansion, Calke Abbey, in Derbyshire was passed via 12 generations of Baronet Henry's family into the National Trust's care in 1985. The dining room, where this soft green paint colour was used for the putti (cherub) panel detailing, was designed in the 19th century. Unlike much of the property, which the National Trust preserved in decline, this room was restored to its original neoclassical design, providing a tantalising glimpse of the mansion in its former glory. Use Putti in hallways for a relaxed and inviting scheme, drawing out its green undertones alongside North Brink Grey and Ulla.
