If you are turning bowls you will need suitable scrapers to finish the inside of the bowl, to remove any ripples and bumps left by the bowl gouge. Heavy strong scrapers will reduce vibration in use and the tools listed are designed to do just that. These tools are very chunky to say the least, made from M2 high speed steel 3/8” thick 1.1/2” wide and 7” long blade, the handle is 14” long giving good comfortable balance in use. The domed shape helps the movement of the tool moving from the side of the bowl to the bottom.
