Cocobolo is one of the most beautiful of the exotic hardwoods, the colour of the heartwood ranges from shades of orange to reddish brown. It is quite easy to work and will take an exceptional finish.

The oils in this wood can bring about allergic reactions if the dust is inhaled or exposed to the skin and eyes. Protective equipment is highly recommended.
