A safe way to introduce children to carving.
The beech handle is designed for small hands and the L-shaped blade allows greater control whilst keeping the cutting edge away from fingers. This tool is designed to be used like a gouge with the cutting edge at the end of the blade. The hande is flattened on two faces to give greater control and stop it rolling off the workbench.
